The cd3wd Third World Development Info project, the SEEV Voting Project, and now the Twec Third World E-Commerce Project should all be receiving massive amounts of money from the International Community. But they are not. Therefore I ask that you give what you can for any one of these 3 projects, or indeed for any of the projects on my website. Please make your donation through http://www.moneybookers.com/ - these guys are very professional and highly secure - much more so as far as I can see than say PayPal. They charge I think 1% of what you send, with a minimum charge of Euro 0-50 (US$ 0.65, GBP 0.40, etc..). As usual they accept credit cards, and I think also maybe bank transfers.

I will mount a few webpages which will list all incoming contributions and to which project they are allocated. As monies are spent I will also list on some webpages what they are spent on.

I dont like to do things this way - I greatly prefer that the organisations with money who are wasting it at the moment give it to me instead, where its treatment will be the opposite of waste, but there we are - hell - everything is privatised these days....

Anyone who wants their contribution to be anonymous - no problem - we will list your donation as anonymous or whatever nickname, alias or pseudonym you like...

So when you make your moneybookers contribution, put in the comments field your email address and/or name, which project the money is for (if you dont put that I will allocate it to whichever one needs the money the most - probably SEEV Voting, or maybe Twec), and whether you want it to be anonymous. If you want to be extra sure, then send me an email around the same time with the same information. Once (if ever!) I start to get donations via Moneybookers I will rewrite this section based on what kind of format the info comes in as from those guys...

ps - So go to http://www.moneybookers.com/ and make the donation to alexweir1949@gmail.com - alternatively email me telling me how much you want to give and for which project (and seen or anonymous), and I through moneybookers will make a request to your email address for that amount - its the same thing but if you are new to moneybookers it might make it all a little bit simpler... You can do that by clicking on one of the links at the top of this page... By the way, I prefer if people make donations which are not round numbers - it makes it easier to separate them... therefore if you want to give US$ 10, then make it a random US$ 9.28 or US$ 10.94 or something like that....

pps - if I start to get more than I can conceivably utilise well, then I will let you know! - stranger things have happened....
